Hedgehog Hollow combines a mushroom-and-tree-stump play scene with hedgehog figures and a storage box with a lid you can color. Move between storytelling, exploring textures, and decorating your own woodland illustration.

Ways to play

• Welcome home: Choose a hedgehog to live in the hollow tree. What will the others say when they visit?
• Woodland hide-and-seek: Hide a hedgehog behind a mushroom or inside the trunk. Give a clue about where to look.
• Take turns telling: Start a story with “Someone knocked on the tree…” and let the next person continue.
• Color the woodland: Use the included markers to give the illustrated lid your own colors.
