SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We sell and ship only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping, local delivery, or local pickup.

PROCESSING TIME
Our products are handmade and made to order. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days before being delivered to the selected carrier. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

DELIVERY TIME
USPS delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. UPS and FedEx delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, address issues, or other carrier delays.

SHIPPING COST AND CARRIER OPTIONS
USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping options may appear at checkout depending on the order and destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping on regular products. Free shipping applies only to the Snail Mail Club subscription when displayed at checkout.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed when the package is accepted and scanned by the selected carrier.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the claim, we will replace the affected item. Do not mail an item back unless we provide instructions.
