A resource for emotional expression

Use this psychoeducational support tool to explore feelings, trusted relationships, and asking for help. The messenger pigeons offer a playful way to communicate something that may be difficult to say aloud.

Suitable for guided activities at home, in classrooms, and in therapy settings.

Ways to use

Invite the child to write or draw a message, place it inside a pigeon, and choose its recipient. An adult can respond with a supportive note or use the message to begin a conversation.

Sharing is always optional. For group activities, children can use imaginary characters and make-believe messages.
