How long will the order take to process?
Due to the handcrafted quality of our product, please note that it can take up to 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment.
We strive to produce and process orders much faster, yet, this also allows for a healthy buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.
During the winter holiday season + new year (November 1 - January 1), in the weeks before Valentine’s Day and mother’s day, and during the release of new or special products/releases - orders can take up to 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
How long will the order take to ship after processing?
Shipments originate from Taos, NM. Transit times may vary depending on where the packages are being delivered.
Typically shipping times can take up to 2-3 business days.
However, we buffer in up to 2-3 business days to buffer for the unexpected and/or busier times of the year.
