I'm Hérica : a psychologist with over two decades of clinical experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and neuroscience. Long before these approaches became mainstream, I was using them in session, watching how the brain responds, adapts, and heals.
But something was always missing. The tools on the market were either clinically hollow or aesthetically cold. Nothing truly bridged the gap between what science understands about the nervous system and what families actually need in their hands.
So I started making things. At first, it was felt, foam, paper, and paint — a cluttered table full of intention. It wasn't about craft. It was about translating neuroscience into something touchable. Something that could calm a child before anyone said a word.

When I moved to the United States, I saw a sensory market that was enormous but shallow — filled with novelty, short on science. That's when 3D design entered the picture. Not as a trend, but as a tool of precision. With it, I could finally engineer objects that do exactly what a regulated nervous system needs: ground, focus, and soothe.
Creative & Mind is the intersection of everything I am: a psychologist, a researcher, an author, and a mother of two. Each piece we make is a clinical object with a soul — designed to support calm, focus, and emotional regulation for children, families, and the therapists who serve them.
