FINAL SALE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Creative & Mind products are handmade or made to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, size or color selection, or items ordered by mistake.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled after purchase because production may begin shortly after the order is placed. Please review the product, options, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing checkout.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We replace an item when it arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transportation, or is different from what was ordered. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the claim, Creative & Mind will arrange a replacement for the affected item. Do not ship an item back unless we provide instructions. If a replacement is unavailable, or when required by applicable law, another legally required remedy may be provided.

NOT ELIGIBLE
Normal variations in color, texture, or visible layer lines associated with handmade and 3D-printed products are not defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions is not eligible for replacement.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Cancellation of future Snail Mail Club subscription renewals is handled according to the subscription terms. An order that has already been processed or entered production cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
